If one week of camp per year isn't quite enough, campers are in luck! You can join us at Twin Lakes for one of our Winter Camps. This is a weekend getaway for kids and teens to hang out with youth leaders and youth groups, giving them space to reconnect in the middle of the school year. We'll have engaging chapel services, fun group games and plenty of free time for them to enjoy one other's company.
Elementary Winter Camp is for children in 3rd - 6th grade. Registration is Friday night between 6p.m. and 7p.m. Pick up is at 6p.m. on Saturday. While at camp, campers will participate in several group games, attend 3 chapel times, and have the opportunity to visit the camp store on Saturday afternoon.
Teen Winter Camp is for students in Middle and High School. Registration is Friday night between 6p.m. and 7p.m. Pick up/closing is at 1:30pm on Sunday. While at camp, students will participate in several group games, attend planned chapel times, and have the opportunity to visit the camp store throughout the weekend. We have two goals - the first is to challenge them with the messages from God's Word, and the second is to help you build community within your youth group.
You will need to register your students as one group and housing is determined on a first come, first serve basis. An estimate of the number of students coming is needed to register and a final number should be provided one week in advance. Counselors will need to be brought with your youth/church group (we advise 5:1 ratio of campers to group leaders). Within this ratio, counselors come for free!
